Project Generation Connect is building a modern, community-centered library and learning hub in Sunyani, Ghana- designed to unlock education, career pathways, and global connection for the next generation.

The Region
Sunyani is a fast-growing regional capital with a young population, strong cultural institutions, and deep ambition-but limited access to modern learning resources, digital tools, and career- connected education.
Project Generation Connect exists to bridge that gap.
The Vision
Our vision is a 21st-century library and learning hub that combines:

- Digital access and technology
- Career exploration and workforce preparation
- Community gathering and lifelong learning.
We believe access to knowledge should not depend on geography—and that talent is universal, even when opportunity is not. Our aim is to expand equitable access to reading, digital skills and lifelong learning so that children, youth and adults across every region of Ghana can build the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
30-Hour Project
The Project
The 30-Hour Project is a focused, high-impact engagement designed to help organizations, investors, and project sponsors move from concept to clarity.
Over the course of 30 dedicated hours, Project Generation Connect (PGC) delivers structured analysis, strategic framing, and actionable outputs tailored to the client's specific objective-whether validating an opportunity, preparing a project for funding, stress-testing assumptions, or building a clear execution roadmap. This engagement prioritizes speed, rigor, and decision-useful insight, producing tangible deliverables that clients can immediately use with partners, boards, funders, or internal teams.
